8. Refund Policy

We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of legal services, notarization fees are non-refundable once a service has been completed, regardless of the outcome or later rejection of the document by third parties.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If Notary Directly is unable to provide the service due to internal error or technical failure.

  • If payment was made in error for a service not rendered.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@notarydirectly.com with proof of payment and details of the issue. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notary Directly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any information obtained from us.
